Hallmark’s Wedding Veil Trilogy

By Corrine Kenner at the Haunted Antique Shop.

Try not to fall out of your chair when I tell you I’m a Hallmark Channel fan. I know, it’s not like I’m their target demographic or anything. But when they introduced their “Wedding Veil” trilogy, I was all in. I was in enough that I’m actually re-watching them here at the shop while I wait for customers.

The premise is great: three young women find an old wedding veil in an antique shop — yes, an antique shop! — that comes with a legend. Whoever is in possession of the veil will find true love. Over the course of three made-for-tv movies, we get to follow those three young women as they take turns carrying the veil around the world.

I won’t spoil the endings for you. You’ll have to watch for yourself to learn whether or not the spunky young heroines of a Hallmark production will find love and romance with their hunky co-stars. Each movie is a nail-biter!

Personally, I thought the first episode was the best of the three, but they’re all good for an afternoon or evening of romantic escape. And if you want to see an old wedding veil for yourself, I have one here in the shop.
